They look like NOS intakes to me. The angles changed on the various years so I would consider that. Airbox fitment may be a problem. But if you are looking for intakes for the 74-77 BS 38's it (the pricing)doesn't seem terrible. Probably around what you would pay if you found them on a dealers shelf somewhere.

NOS stands for New, Old Stock. Basically discontinued factory parts that were unsold, yet still new and usually in the original packaging.

That ad doesn't mention NOS. I might be wary of them. They may be made from low grade rubber and not withstand ethenol fuels.
Original Yamaha holders are good. Tour Max are good. JB Industries are good. Most other are not.

Leo's right it does not say NOS. I keyed in on the "made in Japan".
As far as I have been able to determine the low grade rubber/plastic came from newer sources(China).
This could be a case of reselling from Mikes. Contact the seller.
