Yes, I have an HD clutch cover, left over from my Dyna project years ago, just wondering how he machined the hole and arranged the attachmet onto the engine cover.

Well, the last one I saw was just slapped on over the logo, purely non-functional. Drill and tap holes, and done.

DOH! I thought it would be really trick to have it actually function. I'd be concerned about the tapped holes stripping out and oil leaking...

Well, Yamabond will seal damn near anything!

this one was actually machined flat then a additional ring was welded on then the plate was bolted down.

Am thinking about a monoshock conversion on my '70 XS1B. Great job on this and the workmanship is superb!! How did you decide what length of shock to use?
