My opinion is that the way to get what you want is to make them to your own design. This is the latest set I built to go on my Yammie street tracker. They are equal length 1 5/8 inch stainless 16 ga. tubing. I bought the mandrel bends I figured I'd need and got to work measuring, cutting and welding, but I will admit that I did buy the merge collector from SPD in Rancho Cordova, CA which they made to my specs as they do a great job AND their TIG welds are gorgeous! If you are ever in that area, go look at the stuff they have sitting in their showroom......you WILL BE impressed with the beautiful...actually artistic....welds they do! Some guys just have ALL the talent, and some of us not so much!!

Your welds are nothing to scoff at either. Jeez, I can't even see them on the headpipes you've ground and blended them so well.
