Newb Question, How to remove seat

Dave, I admit I am clueless when it comes to this stuff as I only recently got into it. I am not great with labels and don't completely understand the difference between the two. My main goal is to make this thing look aggressive/cool.

Again, I am unsure about the labels; so I guess we will find out what it ends up being called.

Mule's bike's sometime blurr the lines of categorization to me. That bike has a tracker style seat/tank.bars. A street fighter front end and exhaust. Regardless I'd like to call it mine.
