Snap On Welder question

I found a Snap On MIG welder for $250, it's a YA217 model. Is this a good deal for a beginner welder? Was saving for a Hobart Handler 140 but saw this one.

I cant speak for the Snap-On, but I bought the Hobart 140 about 8 months ago. I had never welded before. I LOVE IT! Do your self a favor, and get gas! I thought I would just use flux core until I could get some. I quickly learned flux core sucks. Welding with gas is 100X easier.
