just a big thank you to Kopsicle for posting the link to the thread on junkyard ignition.
I decided to try my Lucas RITA reluctor and pickup with a Unipart ignition module from a Vauxhall car.
I jury rigged it onto my XS just to see if it worked, and it does. The engine is running on its own Boyer system. Just using the cam to drive the reluctor.
This I know is a total waste of time but during lockdown one will resort to almost anything to pass the time.
There are those who will no doubt say my time would be better spent learning how to shoot video.
