Work Boots, Recommendations

I guess I'm just an odd duck. I usually throw on an old pair or sneakers and I've even been known to work in my slippers on occasion.

I try and buy Dickies boots whenever possible, I've even had them sent half way round the world as I couldn't find them in Oz, found a place over east now

Redwing 875 or 2970 for me. However a few weekends ago some friends were praising Redback boots which come from Australia. Said they switched from Redwing to Redback.

I have a pair of Herman Survivors, with canvas sides and a pair of Carolina Feild Flex. The Carolina's are vey well worn. The center of the heel is gone, the liner peels wrong side out when I take them off. They feel real good to wear though. The Hermans are cooler when it's hot out.
