Kansas is still the wild west when it comes to Vehicle laws, pretty much anything goes. There are LOADS of questionable vehicles on the road here. Our state law makers are far to worried about outlawing the teaching of evolution to worry about silly things like road safety.I once had a gig moonlighting as an auto mechanic. In Georgia, there are no safety inspections. The stuff people will get out on the road with is truly frightening.
