I've seen some Evo Harley powered bugs on you tube that look like they would be fun. There are also a few Hayabusa powered ones that are pretty insane. One of my favorites is "Black Mamba" it's a big turbo 2 rotor powered drag car. Pretty neat what people can do with a little ingenuity and plenty of money.
