With a B-n-I frame, the frame may be a 65 frame that someone modded to fit the 650 engine in.

i see a starter motor, bs 34's, cant really see clearly, but I dont see any wires coming out of the left side cam end cover, so- electric ignition?

+1 on XSLeo. Beautiful frame, sweet 2-1, and great paint on the tank and rear fender. That box for the electrics is horrible, but an easy fix. Just a bit pricey though. You can see the ignition switch on the right side of the electrics box.
