Advice for Homebuilt Harness?

[Q Tip]

Any tips for building a simplified harness for Noobs?

I've got some quality wire coming in and I know I'll need a soldering gun and some shrink wrap.

I have a blade syle fuse box I can use.

I'll be running the 1979 Simplified harness with the stock charging system and pamco iginition, with starter.

Any tips or caveats most appreciated.

I like this stuff for wrapping the wires. Looks clean, and you can add wires one at a time as the wrap has a "memory".

oh, good stuff. its got like a bendy wire in it.

No bendy wire in this stuff. It just has a "memory". Kinda like a good crease in a pair of pants.
