Another new guy in Texas

Hi,
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Bill, and I live in Amarillo, TX.
I currently have a '77 XS street tracker (current rider), and other Xs projects. I have been a long time motorcyclist..since the early 70's. First XS bought in 77 or maybe 8..been too long, lol.
Of all the bikes I have owned over the years the XS's are hands down my favorites.
I will post pics and an avatar as soon as I can figger out how to reduce pic size....

I like the look, but they sure are heavy. Soon to have self-laced alloy rimmed spoked wheels. Be a great improvement on unsprung weight.

I got the Pamco unit in, and it made a big difference! I had to step up one size on the main jet...
