Anyone used Outex?

I'm considering going tubeless in front. Outex seems like a good way to accomplish the goal. My rear wheel is already sealed from the manufacturer so I don't have to worry with it. Any experience here with this?

I wonder if a coat of Flex Seal would work? I'm not willing to experiment.

All can be found if you search google. People used silicone and duct tape before outex and others came out.

I wondered if Eternabond would work. RV roof tape if you aren't familiar. Some of the stickiest stuff I've ever used and impervious to most anything.
