Are these my exaust gaskets?

Im thinking these are the exhaust crush gaskets. Whats the best way to take them out? thanks

yep I just take a hook pick and pull them out or a small screw driver and pop them out

I use a seal puller. It's a $10 tool from any auto parts store, and the sooner you buy one, the less grief you will have for the rest of your life.
