Has anyone seen a bump stop (Cafe style) seat on a rigid frame? Is there a bump stop seat made that has a stiff enough base that it could be mounted on springs, bobber style?

I love this Idea. I have been thinking of doing it on an Ironhead sporty for a couple years now. We have a couple photos on the walls here of some nice ones. Ill do some diggin and find out the builders.
I bought an aluminum cafe seat from Jerm while back. Its very nicely made. im sure with some light , properly placed underside bracing, it would support springs and rider.

I've got a rigid frame XS coming back from the welder soon and I'm looking to do something different.
PS. I've got some stock, untitled frames I might could cut and use for bracing.

Ive used 1/2 square aluminum on my Fiberglass cafe seat. It wasnt sprung, but its plenty strong and light weight. Kind of like a mini hidden subframe.
