Wanted - Custom (?) License Plate Bracket

Hey all,

I want to hang my stock tail light and license plate from a bracket bolted to the turn signal tabs on a 79 frame. Maybe three sides of a box:

1. Top rail with
   • a bent ear at each corner to go just inside the frame's turn signal tabs
   • holes drilled to mount my stock tail light on the rail
2. Left and right rails with holes drilled to mount the license plate

If there's something out there that already does this, I'd love to find it. So far, ebay/amazon/google has let me down. I *could* order some steel stock and screw it up enough times, break bits, get a friend to weld, grind off too-long bits and sand down burrs...

But I'd rather commission it and let someone that knows what they're doing with all the right tools do it.
