This was done on a Cobra pan, recovered and re-foamed... Really comfortable, but changing directions with this build..

Custom Made Seat - Done very nicely and has about 500 miles on it- will fit most hardtail builds. $150 plus shipping

Can you shed some light on measurements?

The bottom of the seat is about 13" Long or so, and the section that rides on the fender is 6" Wide.
