Damaged slides? Replace?

I've had my BS34 carbs apart for a while, but only just recently noticed some surface aberrations on both sliders.

I probably should replace them yes?

Also the rubber part feels pliable and I don't see rips, but they seem bent kinda funny - partially from them sitting outside the carb (in a plastic bag) for a while. Any advice about that?

Are the spots sticking out or chipped? I'd at least try to see if they stick in the carbs when going up and down. Same with the diaphrams, give em a try before buying new.

Both appear chipped; one appears to be chipped and bubbling out at the same time. Sorry for slow response, work has been intense. Will try the sticking test asap. Thanks for the info
