So this is one of my first posts and this is defiantly my first build...have ridden pocket rockets for a number of years and then 10 years without riding...Will hope to post rants, raves and general cries of desperation over the coming months.
Am still looking for that special lady to strip and bang about the workshop during the winter months. Found plenty of over priced pigs..too many people believe a banged-up, bucket of bolts XS650 is a licence to print money. The search continues...
Have ordered a bunch of stuff from:
http://www.tcbroschoppers.com/
http://stores.choppershox.com/Detail.bok?no=25x builders kit (s/s)
http://www.motogadget.com/de/download/manual/munit_manual_en_1.9.pdf this I found very intresting, seems like a very 'smart' way to wire a bike with minimal cable use.
Going to be looking for the unpainted bare metal, rat look (see attached-stolen picture) but using the best of modern technology such as keyless ignition, led lights, and things such as below....many more idea's only to be re-thought later due to lack of money, knowledge, practical skills
m-Unit
m-lock
m-switch
motoscope mini all from http://www.motogadget.com
Cheers for now
