Can anyone tell me if this is installed correctly. It doesn't push in flush, but I believe it is right...anyone?

It doesn't look right to me. Take a look at the pic I posted. Note that some washers (spacers) are 1 mm and some are 2 mm. Better check what you have on the inner side of the basket.
