Engine Noise

So I readjusted my cam chain (with a cold engine, I know need a warm engine adjustment but I had to get it running before I can let the engine warm up) did a complete valve adjustment ( double checked everything) started up my bike and there is a strange engine noise, its lke a loud tick. I assumed it was coming from my valves but I put my ear the valves intake and exhaust on both sides while turning the motor over via kick start and it doesnt seem to be coming from there, here is a link with the sound im talking about, anyone have any idea what this could be?

this is just a thought cam chain guide rubber may be worn out or ,it rubber came loose a slide down like mine did

awww man that is the exact sound mine is making. So how did you fix it? You have to unmount the motor and take top end off?
