100_0113.JPG Thought I had a possible candidate with this XJ550 piece till I realized the leading axle on the XJ forks moves the mount rearward so it wouldn't sit right on straight XS legs.

Hey Gary, if you bought that xs1B with the champion frame off ebay, it has a front fender, you could then sell me the seat. You'd end up with an extra frame and motor, how cool would that be.:bike:

What is that they say about more money than brains??? Its all good, have fun!

maybe not quite excellent condition. There is a scratch that I never noticed before. I'm not sure what that hole in the front is for? and it is very dirty

The fender I have just has a couple of small scrapes, but thanks for checking!
The bumper bike is a no title, parts bike, (so far) Wisconsin has improved the bonded title program, or so I've heard. ODO shows 7,600 miles!

This look like something you might be interested in Gary? It's on a '78 Special that I just picked up. I'm a complete newb here on the forum but i've already gained so much knowledge from you all, pure gold. I already know I'm going to be using a different fender, so if you want it I'm happy to send it to you for the cost of shipping. Maybe down the road you can help me out with a part as I rebuild this girl.

Yes if it looks good after you remove it, looks like it's pretty close to the fork brace. Let me know, I'm not in a hurry and I think I'm playing musical wheels and fenders next week.
Pete: thanks for checking buddy!
