I got a set of these machined up this week for the exhaust system I'm building. They are designed to work with the standard, finned clamps (hence being shorter than the tc/bros, pandemonium supplied dealio).
You should be able to take this drawing to any machine shop and have them turn the collars for you. I'm posting this as for anyone that doesn't live in the USA, the TC Bros and Pandemonium kits arent really viable.
hopefully someone else finds this usefull. The wall could be thinner, but this is pretty much just a replica of the stock collar.

Go to an exhaust/pipe supplier with a mandrel machine and get them to bend you the sections
get these collars made up
build your pipes
