Note that if you're using a aftermarket top tree, these will not work unless made longer up top. I had to have mine custom made from Vintage Customs. Again, the people that actually change their top tree a few and far between I'm sure. Just food for thought I guess.

Good to know, and excellent point. Mine are stock top and bottom. But I could definitely see a problem if they were changed out.

Anyone know WHY he doesn't offer services anymore?

He took on a new job and called the motorcycle stuff quits. The last few times I spoke with him it sounded like he was pretty burnt out with the business.

Hmm, that's too bad. I really liked his stuff. His Yamaha SR400 with the fork tubes and clip-on bars - the red and black one - is SO cool.
