Four bolt mount rotors from what bike?

This front wheel is 19 inches, but the rotor is mounted on with 4 bolts. I initially thought it was HD but theirs are usually 5 bolts. The axle allows an XS 650 front spindle in with no slop. It came to me attached to a generic and rusty springer bolted onto an xs frame, but that wheel is not an XS. Anybody have any idea what it is off of, please?

Kawasakis use a 4 hole pattern, but generally have a 15mm axle. Did a little more research, there is a good grouping of KZ's with 17mm axles.

+1 Looks like a Kawi rotor they share the ID size.

Thank you Mr. G and Musket, now if I use it I have a start on researching rotor set back etc., or the Kijiji ad can be more informative.
