Im using the instigator tank(similar to wassel) from Detroit Bros.,and im having a hard time figuring out a good way to rout the lines. The tank has two 3/8 bungs towards the rear of the tank.It sits low so there isnt much clearance to the engine.I need to fit in petcocks and filters. The carbs are BS38 with xs filters.Any recommendations on 90 deg. petcocks that are short? Any pics of a good setup? thanks.

I use the 90 degree fuel filters from www.650central.com. They make for easier fuel line routing.

tidd, are the 3/8 bungs threaded on the inside or outside? If interenal threads then you can get one that threads to your tank. Like J&P Cycles item # 4100035 or # 7200769, or #720-637, #720-931.

Disregard what I said, I didn't realize that you have 3/8" bungs.

But, maybe this will help -- You only need one petcock, you can cap the one you don't use.
