Good Donor Bikes??

Is there a bike I can scavenge parts off of that work well building a 650? Brakes,carbs etc?

other 650s are a good source. other peeps basket cases .
I got mine in boxes, luckily most of it was there with matching num,bers.

Many other Yamaha models from the same era use the same turn signals and hydraulic brake components. None have the exact same carbs but some use similar versions. Several use the same front wheel. Physically comparing the component in question is your best bet.
