Hanging Frame Loop Brake Light

Hey guys trying to find this rear brake light to use, has anyone seen it for sale online before? The brake light seems to be tightened around the rear frame loop off an extension but im not sure?

Looks like a generic light with a piece bent up and bolted through the hoop. Shouldn't be too hard to make a set up similar.
