Help w/ parts location

Hey there

I am new to the xs scene and last time I rode a bike was 20 years ago...I know...sad, but finacially it hasn't been the right "timing"

I just bought a 1981 xs650SH non running. The engine turned over and had some compression, most parts were there and the price was right...so I dived in. I really would like to customize and make a "mykind" of bike out of it.

Sorry for being such a rookie, but could anyone help me with parts locations?

Fusebox
Starter solenoid switch
starter solenoid relay
electric starter
voltage regulator

Both sides of the battery tray are missing parts, and I know that something should be attached to the underside of the battery tray as well.

In between the twin ignition coils, attached to the frame, there are two holes . What is supposed to be here?

I know I must come across as a total rookie and my bike a total basketcase...but give me some time and I think I can turn this one around and get it back on the street.
