How to rake leaves the correct way?

I read about 3 different threads about raking out the bike, and i was wondering if anybody had any input on what would be the best way to rake the bike to 42 degrees? Also i use a leaf blower not a rake.

leaf (har de har har) the bike rake alone, regular leaves downwind is best if using a manual rake (can't find the starter button or pull rope starter on mine) so I use a mower pull behind lawn sweeper in the morning when they are still slightly damp to keep them from flying
