Introduction!

Hey everyone, just wanted to stop by and say hello!

I'm new to xs650's and motorcycles in general; only ever ridden a kawasaki ninja 250 up and down the street... not much experience! But here I am, 19 years old with a 1983 xs650 taken down to the frame w/ engine and anything else needed to start while I wait for my carbs back from being rebuilt and cleaned! After I -hopefully- get it running when those arrive, the rest comes out and the real fun begins!

I guess I have a habit of jumping into projects head first (Never touched an engine before of any kind, so this might end up being very interesting) but that's where you all come in; when I mess up and need help!
