This is a brand new set of Joe Wiseguy clip on's. Powder coated black. Never used, just mounted once for a mock up. They fit 34mm and 35mm tubes. Maybe even 36. The clamps are very beefy. I don't see them on his website anymore but I think he was getting $115 plus for them. I'll let them go for $85 shipped. PayPal accepted
