Wanted - Looking for frame with title, gonna Hardtail so only need good front half

I have an Ardcore Hardtail and a nice roller I was going to cut, decided its too nice to cut up and am going to make a brat for my wife. So I need a frame that is straight and clean forward of rear tank mount. Must have title.

Ive got an '81 frame already hardtailed by Special 79 Fab. Top notch job and rode straight as a rail. Im in MD, would have to ship.
