One piece clutch pushrod

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew the length of the one piece clutch pushrods? Like Mike,s XS has. I have alot of older yamaha pushrods. Mostly RD 350 and R5,s.
What length do i need and how do i get the other half out of the hole?

I got mine out with a magnet taped to a piece of scrap wire. You have to pull the seal out first. The right length for the one-piece will be the length of the outer rod + dia. of ball + length of inner rod.
