Period Test Article XS650SE,CB650,KZ650SR "bike" 79'

I ran across a file that is a copy of a "bike" magazine period test of the Honda CB650 , XS650SE and the KZ650SR from June of 79' that was interesting to me and maybe to some of you. I thought the ol' XS held up pretty well considering they were putting it up against two inline fours. The KZ was the bike that got me back into riding. Here is the one I had. Great link. I had that SR650 new in 79. Mine was kinda purple.

The color of mine was supposed to be "midnight blue". Looked purple to me .

lol in the article they talk about how lazy the XS was then mention that it was the preferred bike of the office staff.
