I´m installing a HHB PMA system, but... When get the rotor on the crank, it is a lot harder to turn the crank, almost like its building compression but i have no plugs in, is this normal?

Make sure nothing is making contact. It could be hardware, it could be a backing plate, or it could as simple as a flywheel that has walked a bit in the cases and "pulls" the flywheel closer to the engine cases.

Email me if you find anything that is of issue of course

Okey Thank you for fast reply!
i cannot find any places where parts are in contact that shouldn't be. Just weird that its super easy to turn without the rotor, the moment i start to tighten the lock nut, the crank gets hard to turn. I was wondering if the magnets made the resistance.

I found the problem! :D
it was touching the stator plate, the rotor is not completely straight and was only touching some times, had to file plate down a bit to make it spin freely.
thank you for your input guys!!
