ok crazy question. can i run a 16 inch rear drum set up on front, basically just put a rear on the front? and get drum brake to work up front?
now i see just how stupid this question was. but i still want to know...maybe a smarter question would be where do i find a mini or smaller hub that would fit on a 16 inch rim with a stander length spoke?
