Rebuilt EX500 Carbs, jetted for XS, $180 shipped

Hello all.

I have a set of rebuilt EX500 carbs for sale.

Carbs have been rebuild using a baking soda blast to clean followed by ultrasonic rinsing. All ports have been followed through with cleaning wire, carb cleaner and compressed air.

All gaskets and o-rings replaced. New stainless hardware installed w/ anti-sieze on threads. Fuel rain fuel filter fitted.

138 mains, 38 pilots and JJJ needles installed. Needle clips at mid position and idle turned out 2 turns. Bench syn'd.

Carb bodies have been painted w/ Duplicolor high-heat aluminum paint.
