Single petcock and vm34 carbs

Potentially silly question. I'm looking at putting a set of vm34s and I've got a replacement petcock from mikesxs (https://www.mikesxs.net/yamaha-xs65...?fits-motorcycle=Yamaha/XS650/all-models/1980). I'm having issues finding a tee locally and kind of want to get this done this weekend. Can I take the one port plug out and replace it with one of the spare outlet and run two fuel lines off the petcock?

That petcock will deliver all the fuel a pair of VM34s might require (or any other carbs suitable for an XS650 motor, even big bored and hopped up). You could also split the feed with an inline fuel T.

look at the local plumbing store for 3/8" I think, pex tees.

This contraption did work fine, but I went back to a dual petcock tank.

What's the OD of the petcock outlet?

Of the one I've got? Standard size (3/8" I think)
