Well, without really having a clear path forward, I've decided to attempt a repair on my tachometer. It has completely quit working, so I have nothing to lose. If the problem is the main bottom bushing, I have no idea where to locate a replacement, or how to build a new one. I'll cross one bridge at a time. 1971 xs1-b with 1972 guages.
