Just an FYI, the early top triple came in two flavors.
The first, earliest version used tapered cone type rubber riser bushings.
The next version, somewhere mid-71, went to straight wall cylindrical bushings.
I’ve got one though I’d prefer to keep it complete with the stem and bottom tree. Tapered bearings installed, just needs proper races. DM if interested.

Also, if you or anyone else needs the early style tapered bushings that TwoMany mentioned, I have the set below for $18.50, including shipping. They have white aluminum oxide corrosion from the triple, and look a little rough, but are completely hidden when installed, and are otherwise solid, pliable, and 100% functional. Very hard to find part.
