What is it worth?

Hi guys, I may be wanting to sell my 1975 XS650. It runs great, has new tires, rebuilt carbs, new rear shocks, new brake, and is in pretty good condition. I just do not know what these are going for these days. Any thought on what would be a reasonable asking price. Thanks

I'm picking up a 78 for $850 this weekend in similar condition. Maybe not quite as nice as yours but really close and it was a limited, I really wanted rear disc brakes and mag wheels, that's why I was willing to pay a little extra. You also have to consider your location and market.

I'm sure there are some other guys here that would be willing to chime-in on what they have paid recently.

that is really, really nice! You could just search internets for simular bikes for sale, and go from there.

I was thinking 2000 to 2500. Am i way off here???? lol. I am in the Houston area. It is actually pretty rare to see any on craigslist or ebay in this area. So either there are not a lot in this part of the country or no one is selling.
