Just spent half a day trying to title my bike with a mechanics lein. I want to pre-opoligize for those who work or have kin folk at the DMV. The DMV must be the death penalty for government workers. Where do they get these people? I would rather be hit in the head with an axe handle than go back.

If it ain't a straight forward transfer of ownership they will just look at you with thier deer in the headlights look. Whenever I do anything out of the ordinary at the DMV I look up the laws and regualtions and bring copies to show them. Otherwise it seems I make 4 trips to do oine thing.
