Make Offer - XS650 engine, not complete

I'm new to this site, so I'm trying to learn the ropes here. I have an extra engine that came with a '78 XS650 I bought several years back. I don't have any history on it at all, I know nothing of its value, and am looking for advice, offers, information, suggestions. I'm doing a barn clean-out/downsizing and looking to get rid of several items. I've attached photos and would appreciate any help that can be offered.

Well most of the easy to remove and sell stuff is off it, does it kick over? If so $75ish? if it's stuck $35 maybe? Those would be picked up at your barn prices, add $50 plus shipping if you have to mess with it. For all practical purposes it can't be $hipped But you could still sell the RH cover, clutch, pull the head and jugs and sell those. splitting the cases to get stuff out is a Bee-itch.
