Carbs off 155 psi left 140 right!
Carbs were majorly gummy but have the butterflies and slides freed up.
Rustbuster carb cleaner and a heat gun....

Where, pray tell, did you stumble across that thing? And what solution do you use for carb cleaning? Can't wait to see the "after" pics.

That bike is rough but probably worth the effort. Looks to be a '77 Standard? See you got an H-4 headlight in the deal, lol.

Yupper, big ole quest. Heated, 4 tanks.

That's great! I have an 15+L heated unit from an old job, it's quite nice compared to my old (7+ year old) HF unit (gave it to a friend and it's still kickin). I built a couple of 80 gallon, portable, ultrasonic tanks for passivating small stainless parts awhile back. Had 1200W of heating (could easily get up to 150+), filtration pumps feeding circulation tubes and 8 kw of power. I could of done an engine block in it, no problem!

I use simple green ProHD or extreme aircraft cleaner in mine. i've found those to be safe for every material and do a great job of cleaning.
