    New air compressor?

I have a small shop in my garage and I need to buy a new compressor. I had a 35 gallon HF and it ate shit on me. I was going to buy one of those 60 gallon compressor's but I didn't realize I'd need to run black pipe and a filtration system. I'm looking for something that will work for air...

    Swingarm floor stands

Looked in the tool topics section but didn't find much on this subject. Can anyone recommend the best choices for swingarm stands. Most of the stuff I see on the web is designed for Harley or sport bikes. I'd like to find something that would work well, without spools, to lift my XS650 and my...

Opinions on these loading ramps please

G'day all. Now that my bike is reaching the stage that will require some transporting to and from the exhaust shop, engineering certification and registration visits, I am seriously considering purchasing a pair of ramps to make loading the bike onto my truck less difficult...

Harbor Freight Tube Roller- Reviews, Mods, Info.

Yup, you have seen it. Thought about it, and didn't buy it. But for a little over $100, it's a great set of dies. The rest of it is cheap. I know a company over on Pirate4x4 sells upgraded parts (Google it, there's a ton of info). But, the main problem is still poor alignment and curved bends...

    Got my bender

Just got my new model 32 bender. I can't believe how much more heavy duty this is than the model 3 I had. I'm going to run it air/hydro so i can have it on a rolling cart. My old one was manual and bolted to the floor,Took up way to much space.

    TIG welder

Thinking very hard about making the leap and buying a TIG welder. I have been welding for several years with gas, stick and MIG. Definitely like the way a TIG weld looks, cleaner and hardly any splatter. Looking for recommendations for brands that people have had good luck with. :D

Anyone use a metal plating kit? Tell us about it?

I keep looking through Caswells plating kits but haven't pull the trigger yet, I think would be nice for carb brackets screw heads etc. I have never plated a thing and kinda wonder how hard it is, how well the little kits work, how much it costs to refill the kit? What kind of plating would...

    Harbor Freight lift table

I've been looking for a lift table for awhile and when I saw the $299 coupon from HF I decided to buy one. When I called the store they told me that the coupon will only work for the #91764 lift. I guess it's discontinued and the replaced with a newer model #68892. When I arrived at the store...
