After rebuilding my 72 a couple of years ago, I left my bike 95% completed there. Many things happened in my life since and this winter, I decided to continue it and put it on the road next summer. I have two XS2, the one that I've done and another one for a future project or parts, not sure. My 72 is all stock but I have the idea of a cafe racer bike for a long time now. So, I'm looking to convert my stock 72 but in a way that I will be able to put it back to stock if I want. I've got this bike from my dad 18 years ago and I promised him that I will not modify it. I told him about my idea and not only he is curious to see the results but he can't wait to get back on his old bike when it will be done.
