Did someone mention "buy a swingarm"? With so many XS with the reared cut into a ridged frame a swingarm should be available.
If you want to just fix the original as a challenge then I'd bang the crushed bit out with a hammer and big punch. Get it as close as possible and hand shape so the bushing fits.
