My Build Thread.

badassjamie, the bracket for the brembo is 1/4'' steel

h3llb3nt1, I'm only using one rotor up front.
It will do the job, also I need the other brembo for the rear. that way I can lock up the back end for fun:thumbsup:

This is the hole pattern that I am using.
I'm about 1/3 way through center punching the holes for drilling.
I am drilling the holes 3/16''
there are 84 holes to be drilled

That pattern is the one Carbon. Ha Ha garage boss. I use to have one that played fetch. Miss that little shit

Nice progress Carbon! Need to get some brembos like that for my front end. You going to keep the calipers gold or painting them?

That pattern looks good Carbon. How many 3/16" bits you got?:poke:
What color are ya going to paint your calipers?
I've got one of those "bosses" here too. He don't fetch, but he sure is nosy.:D

Yes it seems to be popular. I figured it must be a good one. I copied it.

Holy Holes Batman!!! You'll be tired of that when your done... But it'll look great!

84 holes... yea that will have to be broken up in a few sessions so you don't go nuts. It helps if you have a small drill press. Just woundering if where you found the pattern... I like to save it and have it ready if I come across a spare disk.
Don't foget to countersink 168 holes....LOL :poke:

Monotonous for sure. I did mine with an aggressive pattern. Started with an 1/8in and went up from there. Quite a bit of cutting oil was used

Lester, I have a drill press. The drilling is going good so far.
The cobalt bit is going strong.
h3llb3nt1,I am not using any oil.''well maybe a little oil"
I am on the slowest speed the drill will turn.
The pdf was produced by "thelowlife" here copy to your computer.
I have the rear rotor pdf too if you want it

My old press only has one speed. I think it can be slowed by changing/adjusting belts:shrug: I actually had to drill an 1/8in pilot then move up a bit accordingly. So basically, an 1/8in 84 times, then the next size up for the rest and so on. Sucked but looks good

I don't know Carbon,I don't see no light thru those. I think you just markered those "holes" on there.:poke:
That looks damn good. I'll send mine down for ya to hone your skills.:D
