Nothing to show but I managed to clean out the inside of my tank and line it with some Kreem tank liner. Took all day yesterday until the early hours of this morning, but it's done. I may do another coat, as this one seems a tad thin.

No pics as you can't really see inside the tank.

One more off the list!:bike:

Cos it's on the INSIDE! My camera isn't small enough to get into the filler hole!:D

Yeah slowly but surely. I also asked my mate to get me some tyres, and I took the head light off to replace the innards and prep for paint. Exhaust and foor pegs are also onthe cards right now.

Getting there....

..

thats no excuse ! I'll send you my boroscope

I'm glad you are not cutting any corners or rushing the build like I did . Its going to give you a lot of satisfaction and pride when its finished.

I'm probably not going to be on for a while.

My old friend Peanut has been slowly deteriorating this past 3x weeks and I think the very last thing that I will be able to give to my little tiger is release from his distress today.

They say that you know when the time comes ...and they are right.

We fed him hourly when he was just a few days old and He's shared every day of my life for nearly 17 years ! thats a quarter of my lifetime!

I can't imagine life without him at the moment ........

Oh no! Sooo sorry to hear that mate! My thoughts go out to you, that's a tough nut to crack.......At least he will be better off without the suffering.

Nothing off the list, but stuff that had to be done! I suppose I could add it and then cross it off!!

Painted a few bits.

A friend of a friend re upholstered the seat for me!! I love it!!

Hey Airwolfie, the bits are looking good man!
The seat looks mighty fine too.
When do Ya think the first start is going to be?

Thanks Carbon!! Getting my exhaust done hopefully this week, then a friend of mine will help with the wiring up of the elec's, so pretty soon I think! Might even be next weekend, who knows! I'm aiming for end of the month at the latest!

Fuck yeah! Killer seat and grips!

Thanks Johann!!

nice man, as soon as it dries you gotta post pics of it. if not mounted at least resting on the frame. looking forward to seeing it at many angles!

It going great Carbon! Yes I'm leaving the tank as is, going to add a help-me-go-faster-stripe down the middle in orange and white, age it a little and then do a two part clear over it.

Looking good man! The tank kind of matches the color of the forks! Perfect.

Thanks Johann!

Only twenty to go!!:D

Got a fender off a member on the UK forum, cut it up, bent it out to fit, made a bracket
up front, than made some struts out of threaded rod and brass tubing, added some rose type rod ends, and screwed it all together. Still a bit off the tyre, but I want to wait until I get new ones to finalise the fit of them. I also added the rear light!

Some pics
